Standard scope
- Remote discovery and preparation with a tailored equipment/software recommendation.
- Setup of one client-purchased workstation and baseline account configuration.
- Basic office network and printer connectivity/configuration within agreed scope.
- Multi-factor authentication and endpoint protection setup using approved/licensed services.
- Backup planning and status/approach review (not guaranteed backup recovery or a comprehensive disaster recovery implementation).
- Implementation testing, configuration record and a straightforward handoff.
- One on-site visit within 20 miles of Cranston, RI; additional travel quoted.
- 14 days of deployment-related follow-up for issues arising from the original work; not unlimited support.

- Hardware/software is purchased directly by the client.
- Additional users, devices, complexity, remediation, third-party fees and larger cloud/network design are billed separately through a written quote.
How engagements work
Free 20–30 minute discovery → scoped project plan → 50% deposit after agreement acceptance and before scheduling → implementation → remaining 50% on completion. Substantial deep-dive assessments are fixed-fee and separately agreed; 50% of the assessment fee may be credited toward a qualifying implementation approved within 30 days, subject to written terms.
